Testimonials, Clients, and Industries

"The students' research and insights into the Mexican retail market were extremely valuable. I am especially pleased that they had the opportunity to learn more about the rice industry while gaining a better understanding of the international retail landscape. Each team's presentation was well organized, thoughtful, and directly addressed the marketing challenge and questions I presented. Their creativity, professionalism, and preparation were evident, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they invested in this project. Thank you again for inviting me to participate. It was a privilege to work with your students, and I hope we have the opportunity to collaborate again in the future."

"We have had the pleasure of welcoming student groups from St. Mary's University and Texas A&M University to Eco Caminhos in Brazil for our International Regenerative Agriculture Challenge. Together with Brazilian and French students, they worked on a real-world project focused on developing a high-value specialty coffee business model based on agroforestry systems in the Atlantic Forest. The students conducted thorough research and developed practical, well-structured recommendations that addressed both business and sustainability challenges. Their work included innovative marketing strategies for specialty coffee, creative approaches to encourage local farmers to join a regenerative coffee cooperative, and thoughtful ideas for adapting and replicating this agroforestry model in the United States. We received several high-quality deliverables and practical materials that will be directly incorporated into our future plans and strategies. The students' research, marketing concepts, and implementation recommendations provided valuable insights that will help guide the continued development of our specialty coffee and agroforestry initiatives. Throughout the program, the students demonstrated professionalism, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to understanding the environmental, social, and economic aspects of regenerative agriculture. Their presentations and recommendations were insightful, actionable, and highly valuable to our organization as we continue expanding our agroforestry and community development initiatives. We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with these talented students. Their enthusiasm, analytical skills, and international perspective made a meaningful contribution to our work, and we look forward to continuing this partnership with future student groups."
